Honey Glazed Baby Carrots Serves 3 to 4
Ingredients 12 oz of Los Angeles Salad Company Fresh Baby Carrots with Tops
1 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of honey
2 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
chopped parsley for garnish
Directions 1. Cut the corner of the bag of baby carrots and microwave about 1 1/2 minutes on each side, until tender crisp.
2. In a large skillet, combine butter, honey and lemon juice and cook over medium-high heat until the butter is melted.
3. Add baby carrots and cook about 5 minutes, until the carrots are coated evenly by the glaze.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve and sprinkle some chopped parsley for a nice presentation.
